When you use the Fastpickar platform to order groceries, food, and daily essentials, we collect information necessary to fulfill your 10-minute hyperlocal delivery:
Account & Contact Info: Mobile phone number, name, optional email address, and authentication tokens.
Delivery Coordinates: Exact GPS latitude & longitude, street address, building floor, and landmarks for doorstep drops.
Order & Transaction History: Items ordered, payment transaction IDs, store preferences, and reviews.
Your personal information is strictly used for order fulfillment and platform improvements:
Dispatching assigned delivery partners and providing live minute-by-minute GPS radar tracking.
Processing secure payments via RBI-authorized gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI).
Sending critical order status notifications via SMS, push notifications, and email receipts.
Preventing fraud, abuse, and verifying promotional coupon redemption limits.
3. Data Sharing & Zero Sale Policy
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data is only shared with:
Assigned Delivery Partners: Customer address and masked contact number strictly during active delivery.
Merchant Partners: Item names and special cooking/packaging instructions.

4. Account Deletion & Data Rights
